Resources
A collection of tools and resources from the Richardson Lab for exploring biological data, analyzing experiments, and supporting discovery in C. elegans and related systems.

WormIE: Worm Integrated Explorer
A gene-centered platform for exploring C. elegans data and running standardized bulk RNA-seq analysis.
WormIE brings together information from multiple resources, including WormBase, the Alliance of Genome Resources, BioGRID, and curated gene panels from the literature. These data are organized around individual genes, making it easier to connect annotations, phenotypes, expression patterns, interactions, and other biological information.
Users can browse individual genes, explore candidate gene lists from RNAi screens, forward genetic screens, RNA-seq experiments, or other approaches, and run a standardized bulk RNA-seq workflow locally through the browser without uploading data to an external server.

ARGO: Analysis of Red-Green Offset
A genetically encoded ratiometric fluorescence imaging method for visualizing and measuring protein turnover in vivo.
By comparing red and green fluorescence signals, ARGO can measure protein turnover with subcellular resolution in intact animals. We developed and applied ARGO in C. elegans neurons to study turnover of the synaptic vesicle protein Synaptogyrin/SNG-1, but the approach can be adapted to other proteins, tissues, and genetically tractable systems.
